2008 FNC Rules
Cost is $80 for the ENTIRE season. Funds are due by Saturday
Feb 17. Goal is 40 participants.
Weekly play is simple. Fill out the online pick form. Pick 2
car #’s from each group. Change all or none each week. The driver names are for
reference only. Car numbers are all that mater. You receive point for each car
picked based on NASCAR Nextel cup scoring. See chart below. Additionally you
get 25 point bonus for picking the pole winner, and a 25 point bonus if you
pick the ace winner.
Pick must be in by noon on the Thursday before each race.
Exception is the Daytona 500 for which there will not be a pole bonus.
Participants not getting picks in will receive points for the same drivers
picked the previous week (scheduled order).
No bonus points will be awarded for the pole if all
qualifying is rained (or snowed) out. If race is rained out picks will be
locked in for that race whenever run, unless cars have been re-grouped, in
which case new picks will have to be made.
Groups will be changed 3 times during the season.
There will be weekly payoffs for first ($15), second ($10)
and third ($5) highest weekly totals.
There will be 4 end of quarter
bonuses given. Goal is to pay 12 places per quarter. Points will be reset each
quarter. There will be a total season bonus for the top finisher, goal is fpor
this to be $80 or $100.
